We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging fully intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage of any kind.
To request a return, you must contact us at support@brinoa.com within the return window. Returns sent without prior authorization will be automatically rejected and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Once your request is reviewed, we will determine whether the return is eligible and, if approved, provide return instructions.
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival. We reserve full discretion to:
Reject returns that do not meet our condition standards
Apply partial refunds for items returned with damaged packaging, missing components, or signs of handling
Refuse refunds entirely if eligibility requirements are not met
Our decision following inspection is final.
Customers must inspect orders immediately upon delivery. Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to support@brinoa.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence.
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
Gift cards
Personal care and beauty products
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
Perishable goods
Exceptions will not be made.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately at current pricing and availability.
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility and condition requirements outlined above. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Refunds may be reduced to reflect any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
If a return is approved after inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Refunds may be delayed, reduced, or denied if return conditions are not met.
